The successful consultant will be responsible for the development and delivery of all things necessary to provide the following: Phase I: The development or confirmation of an energy baseline and develop short-term and long-term acquisition plans. (30 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed) Phase II: Performance of an initial energy assessment/audit and prioritize investment recommendations. (60 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed) Phase III: Performance of a detailed technical assessment/audit of energy deficiencies, energy needs and energy conservation measures/initiatives (90 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed) Phase IV: The provision of a longer-term implementation plan to compliment the assessment. Phase V: The contractor will provide oversight and monitoring services regarding measurement and verification of energy consumption and cost savings after the implementation/installation period.
