The Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula intends to demolish the former Tobermory Primary Place building located at 3 Centennial Drive, Tobermory, Ontario, and redevelop the site for future public parking and visitor service purposes.

The objective of the project is to safely remove the existing building and associated site features while preserving critical infrastructure for future municipal use. Following demolition, the site shall be converted into a gravel parking facility designed to accommodate passenger vehicles, buses, and trailers, together with appropriate stormwater management infrastructure.

The successful proponent shall provide all labour, equipment, supervision, materials, engineering, transportation, permits, approvals, disposal services, environmental controls, and incidentals necessary to complete the work.
