Description: 

The Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula seeks proposals for services required to bring a property located at 3091 Highway 6, Lion's Head ON into compliance with the municipality's property standards bylaw. The scope of work includes the removal of all debris from premises and the demolition of buildings deemed unsafe by the Chief Building Officer. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring properties meet all relevant safety and aesthetic standards outlined by the municipality.
